Prior to the implementation of TCC’s Mobile Inspection Software, eXpedite, the regulated child care inspection process was paper-based. The inspection process required the consultants to spend a good deal of their time in the office. Inspections for existing facilities were identified through a manual review process conducted by the consultant. The deployment of TCC’s Mobile Inspection Solution has enabled BCC to realize a 26% reduction in labor costs, and reduction in licensing application processing time from a 35-day average to less than 2 days.
